President - Executive DirectorDoug has over 15 years experience in forest planning, Government and First Nation relations, and wood products marketing in the forest industry. Doug is the President of the Canadian Institute of Forestry, and an Associate Professor in the School of Environment and Sustainability at Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, a Master of Business Administration, and professional accreditation from the Association of BC Forest Professionals.

Vice President Logistics - Executive DirectorGerry has over 25 years experience in the management, operation, and maintenance of ROVs, sonar and digital positioning systems. Gerry heads up underwater operations and is the original creator of ROSCO® . Gerry is a decorated veteran of the Canadian Naval Reserve, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Cultural Anthropology.
